About
My Background
I started taking pictures with my father many years ago. He loved to photograph the flowers that he grew. I really started to get serious in high school and put together a darkroom. After high school I went to Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California and graduated with a degree in photography. As it would go I hung up the still cameras and some how wound up in the film industry, which is where I still am. I started picking up still cameras again a few years ago.
Photography as Communication
I am surrounded both by natural beauty and interesting people. I use my camera to document the world and then print images with a focus on the magic I find in daily life. My pictures tell my stories.
